Designed around the needs of staff, My K&R brings together the information, resources and tools colleagues use every day into one easy-to-use digital hub. From policies and procedures to training, wellbeing support, staff directories, news and key applications, everything is now easier to find and access.
Working closely with the Trust team, we developed an engaging and user-friendly platform that helps staff navigate content quickly, stay informed and connect with the services and information they need.
It was a pleasure to support Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust on this project, and we're proud to have delivered a digital workplace that helps improve the day-to-day experience for staff across the organisation.
