We partnered with Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust to design and develop My K&R, a new staff extranet that brings together the information, tools and resources colleagues need every day.
Created with staff needs at its heart, the platform provides easy access to policies, procedures, training and development resources, wellbeing support, staff directories, news and key workplace applications, all from a single digital hub.
The new extranet has been designed to make finding information quicker and easier, helping staff stay informed, connected and supported across the Trust. With an intuitive navigation structure, powerful search functionality and a flexible content management system, My K&R provides a modern digital workplace experience that can evolve alongside organisational needs.
Working closely with the Trust team throughout the project, we delivered a user-focused platform that supports day-to-day working and improves access to essential information for staff across Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.
